Go where the Wind takes you

Hello folks! I hope all is well with everybody. It's been a bit since I've posted anything.

I was simply giving it a break, because I was lacking inspiration. So now I'm back with a piece of advice. I'm going to keep it as short and sweet as I can.

So lately I have been allowing myself to experience new things. I've been indulging into trying new activities. I have been simply going where the wind takes me.

So I advise you to do the same. We as people have a tendency to not let loose every once in a while. Especially a person like me, a person who follows the philosophy of mostly work and almost no play. It leaves you feeling unhappy and not at peace with your life. For a long time I wasn't satisfied with the quality of my life. Now that I'm saying yes to more experiences and going with the flow of my life, I'm happier.

So my advice to you is... Live! It's ok to live a little.
Until next time Folks

Freeze

Hello everyone! My it has been a long time since I've been inspired to write anything! So here goes

I want everyone to take a moment and freeze.
I understand you need to tend to the kids
Or a meal needs to be prepared
But take a moment to freeze
And you will see
How you have been allowing yourself to work on auto-pilot in your life
Just like I once had
I was once just like you
Always worried
Always afraid of the unknown
Im not going to lie, sometimes I still become afraid
Of what others think
Correction or what my brain thinks is right and wrong for me
My brain is my worst enemy at times
If I allow it to be

Now is the time to freeze
Take a deep breath
Let all your inner dreams and hopes float by
Take the moment to observe them
Which one suits you best?
Are you living your dreams?
If not what are you waiting for?

Frozen in time, designed by the mind to keep you there
Just existing instead of living
Time to melt the ice and go forth
To share what you've learned
Go forth and live your life in the present moments

Until next time folks!
Millah Out!
