Filtration

I hope everyone has enjoyed their Turkey Day with family and friends. I had an awesome time with my family, they are a lively bunch! Lol

Every Sunday I usually spend doing inventory of my products and placing new orders, but the most I will do today is rest. For some reason things have been happening to my body due to stress. There's nothing worse than my body feeling stress and me not knowing where the stress stems from. I need to relax. A lot has been happening around me, I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for upcoming events.

So instead of thinking about it, I should clear my mind and relax. If only for one moment. I haven't been taking any time for myself lately. Once again focusing on outside elements in this world. Shame on me. I find it so difficult to focus on myself and my needs... Ugh!

The moral of the story is to relax despite all that is happening around you. Sometimes it's ok to be a little selfish and focus on You. If you don't who else will?

Until next folks

What it do?

Hey everybody it's Monday! This is the week of Thanksgiving! Right now it's nap time so I have a little free time on my hands. I'm trying to relax and mentally wrap my mind around events that are soon to transpire.

I can sum it up in one small word with so much depth: Life. Lol seriously my life has taken a turn for just the sake of living.

We all need to ask ourselves this one question: What am I thankful for? It may be a bit difficult to answer this question if you are not in a state of mind that allows positivity to flow through. I can understand how it feels when you not fully satisfied with your situation. Things could always be much worse. Life is not guaranteed, in one moment you can be surrounded by love and the next it can vanish. So cherish the ones you have and be grateful for what you have in general.

The moral of the story is... Stay positive and be grateful!

Until next time folks!

Happy Tuesday!

Hey folks! As the end of the year draws closer and closer, the temperature is starting to drop. Somedays worse than others. However, it's still getting colder and colder!

I've been on the verge of successfully making pure 100% natural lotion. There is one small problem though... Some of the water is still slightly separated from the oil. -__- I've made batch #3 which is nice. The only problem now is... Because it's getting colder outside my skin is drying out.

Because my company is based on skin. I need to reassure my customers that my product can aid this issue. So at first I thought this was because of my batches not having enough of special oils in it or not proper amount of water. I'm now beginning to believe the problem is Me...

I have not been eating the healthiest or drinking as much water as I should. The same thing happened to my skin last year... When I didn't fully perfect my recipe for skin batches. So besides eating good foods and drinking water, I also took a Vitamin E pill. I took them for about two weeks and my skin began getting back to normal.

So I'm going to try to do the same thing this time. Hopefully it works.

So it's not just about what you put on the outside, it's also about what you put inside your body as well.

Until next time folks!

Good Morning

Hello folks! I pray everyone a safe journey to their destinations. Whether it be school, work, or something else. I've been going through some lessons lately in my life. It seems that everyone, no matter who believes it or not gets tested somehow.

However, determining what you're being tested on, is based on your mental head space at that moment. Depending on your current position in your life also determines whether you truly learn from the lesson or not.

Lately I have been tested with the lesson of forgiveness. Forgiveness of others and especially oneself. Whenever I have been wronged in life, I tend to blame myself for not having better judgement.

"I should have known better." That's a statement that I commonly hear, as well as use. Especially when something didn't go as planned. The thing is at that moment in time, we as people couldn't possibly have known the better decision. Maybe we had an idea to go left, but instead went right. After making that turn you then found out for sure that it wasn't the best decision for you. Our experiences are what makes us who we are today. I for one am satisfied with the individual I have become...

So the moral of the story is... Forgiveness is key when mistakes are made. Without making any of your mistakes you wouldn't be who you are today. If or whatever reason you are not satisfied with your life, then by all means do something about it.

Have a great day folks!
